Swiss Taxation
Under Swiss law, tax evasion (for example, not declaring your holdings) is considered a misdemeanour rather than an offence. Tax fraud, however (for example, a forged tax declaration) IS considered a criminal offence and prosecuted according to the Swiss Penal Code.
